Based in King’s Cross, London, JMA was founded from Joe Mills’ four decades of experience working across the creative industries.

Having built his own career both independently and through representation, Joe understood first-hand what artists really need from an agency. He saw an opportunity to create a different kind of relationship - one built around the individual, with genuine support, strong management and a clear understanding of the realities of a creative career.

Today, JMA brings together experience from across fashion, film, production and talent management. Our team has worked within leading international model agencies, film studios and alongside talent at the highest levels of the fashion and entertainment industries.

Our approach is personal, collaborative and straightforward. We believe great representation starts with understanding the artist - their work ambitions, and where they want their career to go.

We represent both established and emerging artists, providing the professional management, industry relationships and day-to-day support they need to build lasting, progressive careers.
